This is a converted Sankey 15.5 gallon keg. We are purchasing a 26 gallon stainless beauty in the coming weeks. The 15.5 will boil over with 13 gallons of wort in it. It limits us to 10 gallons batches at most. The 26 will allow up to 20 gallon batches. Which means we get drunker more often. (It will also help us attain some sort of consistency with bigger batches).
