Brew Day pt. 6- SNAFU!

And then this happened. Turns out the mash tun won’t hold 25 pounds of grain and hold temp. We got it to 140 F. We wanted 150 F. Boiling water to heat up a bigger mash tun and then we’ll add the mash and raise it up to 150F. Think of it as a step mash for no good reason, right?
